Krystina & Anthony

Q: Let’s start at the beginning. How did you two first meet?

A: One day I was working and decided to grab some lunch at subway. I was in line ordering and he was right behind me. We were definitely eyeing each other and I sat down to continue some of my work. He asked if he could join me and I told him sure. As were talking he was telling me he had just moved here from Texas and I was asking him how was he enjoying the area so far. The chemistry was just so strong and We exchanged phone numbers and we have been inseparable ever since!

Q: What makes your relationship special? Tell us some things that you both value in your time together. (example: pushing each other to new limits, love to travel, huge comic book fans, foodies, etc.) What makes your relationship unique?

A: Our relationship is so special because I sometimes feel like we are the same person, we both love food and wine. I also think that while we are so much alike, we both bring different qualities to the table and it allows us to better one another. Where I lack in something he is strong and vice versa. It allows us to challenge each other and grow with one another.

Q: How did you know your partner was the one? When did you first know this in your relationship? (these may often be the same moment, but aren’t always)

A: A couple of weeks into our relationship I knew he was my person. We had been spending a lot of time together and we were sitting on the couch, drinking wine, talking, and watching TV. It just hit me. We had not even known each other that long and I felt like I had knew him forever and he was my best friend. I shortly began to realize that I did not want to live my life without this man and I wanted to be with him forever.

Q: Give us all the details about the proposal. How and where did it happen? Was it a surprise? What was the planning process?

A: We had been talking about how we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together and we were always talking about a future. At one point we were talking about rings and he would ask me what my style was, so I would send him photos of what I liked. I would visit him on the weekends and it was a random Saturday the weekend before Thanksgiving. I got in my car and drove to his place. I called him and said I was downstairs and I was on my way up. When I opened  door he was right there on his knees and had the ring in his hand. I was so surprised because even thoujgh we had discussed a future I didn’t know it would happen so soon! That was the best day for me, I was so happy.
