There is a small window of time in the spring where the fields in Mission Trails, CA are lush and green. The vendors of the amazing style shoot collaborated on an ethereal, overseas-vibes styled elopement.
They opted for 2 different bridal looks for this style, both from Here Comes the Bride. The first was a beautiful fit-and-flare dress, and the second was a long-sleeved lace look. Both of them were just perfect for the location. The styled shoot feels like it could have been in Ireland surrounded by so much green that usually isn’t found in the San Diego area. Paired with the bride’s braided hairstyle, it was just perfect. Not many brides choose braids for their hairstyle, and we hope that this styled shoot can change some minds about that! It was stunning.
The goal was to keep everything as natural as possible, from the makeup to the florals. The makeup done by Eddie’s Beauty Touch was just enough to accentuate her natural beauty. The florals were earthy and muted; CB and Stem put together this bouquet to mimic the flow of grass in the breeze. Paired with her hair as well, everything was very natural and grounded.
Brides looking for elopement inspiration in the San Diego area should absolutely check out the Mission Trails area in the springtime. We hope that this styled shoot can inspire brides who are looking for a more lowkey, intimate elopement.
