Both of them were just perfect for the location; we felt like we could have been in Ireland surrounded by so much green that usually isn’t found in the San Diego area.

Andrea and Spencer met in college at Sam Houston State. Their original venue was not willing to work with them after booking because of Covid, so like many other couples they decided to do something small and private. Their ceremony took place in the Rocky Mountain National Park on a perfect snowy day.
After 5 years, Tristan gave Nicole the biggest surprise of her life when he proposed to her under her favorite tree in the backyard of her childhood home. Nicole told me that the tree had been wiped out by many south Florida hurricanes throughout the years and always managed to grow back taller and stronger. She always thought it was a beautiful metaphor for life, and Tristan saw it as a metaphor for their life together. Today, both Nicole and Tristan agree that even with COVID and all of the difficult things that life threw at them during their engagement, they couldn’t have been more excited to be together forever!
